Account Specific Coding into indicator Plus additional work

I have 2 similar indicators which I use side by side.  Three part request... will pay separate for each portion of the work.  1.  Require time (for trial purposes) restraint coding to be added.... such as 30day time limit.  2.  After trial... require coding where usage will be limited to an account numbered specific environment, in order that it is fully protected.  3.  Require math formula (algorithym) to be extracted in order to be made available for other software, and also to MQL5.   Please advise
