Specification

I have an indicator which currently has pop up alerts and wish to add options to have either popup/email/notification 

 

The indicator is based on MACD There is a red line showing when the histogram is turning down and a green line when it is turning up.

 

I need to be able to send and any kind of alert when this change happens.
