Price action EA functions only with Forex (5 digits) - who can adjust this EA that it works also with Indices like Dax and Dow?

I found this price action EA on MQL5.com and it is working well with Forex (5 digits). But it does not work with indices like Dax, Dow, Nasdaq, S&P or Eurostoxx.

Who can adjust this EA so that it functions well also with the above indices?
