Need RSI/CCI Indicator modified for me to have level alert arrow/sound

I need someone to modify an exist RSI/CCI indicator to give alert message and signal on the RSI/CCI level. see description below:

1. The Blue or green line rising from -450 to -300 to -200. it should give a BUY alert signal once the blue/Green line touch -200 level

2. The Blue or green Line rising from -400 to -300 to -200 to 200. it should give a Buy alert signal/message once the Blue/green line touches 200 level

3. The Blue or Green Line falling from 400 to 200 to -200. it should give a Sell alert/message signal once the Blue/green touches the -200 level.

Please the order in which the line is rising and falling is very import to give a good signal. so take that into consideration.

You can make the Buy alert sound to different from the Sell alert sound. Please Remove the existing alert arrow on the indicator. and put the one

that match with the new alert level you are creating. when a signal is generated, it should show alert arrow, message stating which pair, time frame, and Buy or Sell signal.

The sound alert should ring twice for each signal. Let me if it is a workable idea also. PM me. thanks
