Simple Renko Scalping System

I would like to work with someone to create an Automated Renko Scalping EA based on the following system outlined on this website;

This is the first time I have looked into submitting a project onto this site, so please forgive me if I have not detailed enough or made other glaring newbie omissions. 

As a first timer, my thinking was to approach this project as follows;

Phase 1 - Design/Analysis (Completed by myself)

• Detail all the Configurable Parameters in a Google Drawing to then be shared/discussed with Developer.
• I will pay you for anytime spent in this Phase.

Phase 2 - Build (Completed by Developer)

• Build the EA as per the instructions listed on the URL
• Enable all the EA Inputs/Settings to be configurable as per Phase 1, so that Input Parameters can be changed easily during the testing phase (See below) 

Phase 3 - Testing (Completed by myself)

• Backtesting on Historical Data - 2-3 Weeks (AUD/USD, EUR/USD, GBP/USD, USD/JPY, GOLD, US_OIL)
• Live Testing on Demo Account - 9 Weeks
• If required, I will pay you for your time in this Phase

Configurable Parameters

• Renko box size - Automatic or Manual > Default=10 (Automatic ideally based on i)asset type ii)Timeframe needs to be discussed further)
• RSI - Period, Apply to, Levels Upper/Lower > Default=7, Close, 29/71
• Bollinger Bands - Period, Deviations, Apply to, Levels Upper/Lower > 
• Stop Loss - Automatic or Manual > Default=Automatic (Based on instructions on Renko Traders Website)
• Risk - Automatic or Manual > TBC
• Lot Size - Automatic or Manual > Default=Manual@0.01 (Micro-lot)
• Other Items will be added to the Google Drawing referenced above.
