C++ dll for user authentification

Hello,

i need a c++ dll for recognizing the useraccount and the server to get a user authentification. The dll must then makes a call to a https webservice. The webservice gives back if the user is authorized or not. The dll must stop working if the user is not authorized. The webservice is NOT PART of the job, only the dll. I will programm the webservice myself.

In addition the dll must have 1 dummy method with following features:

The method gets a double, an int, a string and an array as paramaters, makes some dummy calculation, returns a value and makes logging to the metatrader logging panel. This method is only a skeleton and doesn't have logic for the EA. I will complete the dll myself.

There are surely already a lot of the similar completed dlls programmed. Therefore this project is easy money for those who have one...
