I need a custom indicator

Hello. I need an indicator that can do the following:

1. Draw horizontal lines on any time frame for 3 day high and low, 3 week high and low, 3 month high and low, daily ATR high and low

2. Draw a 2 row/ 5 column table that is placed at the top center of the charts with the following sections -

    row 1 (with abbreviated titles) = 5hour EMA, 20Day SMA, 3 day high and low, 3 week high and low, 3 month high and low

    row 2 = green or red arrows for each of the above individual parameters as follows -

       i. price closes over or under 5 hour EMA

       ii. price crosses over or under the other individual parameters
