SMA cross system

I have written my first EA which is a moving average crossover system. It is for use on the Inter Trader platform trading, initially, the  DAX on a spread bet platform. If my script is to be believed this has 2 decimals, and a minimum lot size of 1.0 and a tick value of 0.01, with a spread of 100 Points.

After a valid cross pending orders are placed (qty 4) two points above or below the high or low of candle [1]. If they are not actioned I have written an expiry time based on the chart time frame and if the cross is still valid new pending orders are to be placed on the completion of the next candle i.e. the new candle[1].  Stop loss (initially) is two points above or below candle[1]. I have then written a break even routine and trailing stop routine which are untested due to run time errors before getting to this code. I have 4 take profit targets based on the ATR5.

My EA compiles ok but it does not place orders and the following messages are received on the strategy tester

 Order Modify error 4051,  Order Send 3 ,Order Send ticket2 -1 etc., could not modify order due to error 4051 (invalid parameter value).

I would want a review of my work and guidance through the process of getting it to work.
