Indicator needed for MACD Bollinger Band Strategy

Hello,

I need a indicator that will alert when:

1.   Price crosses the center line on Bollinger Band (20 SMA). 

2.   MACD crosses the zero line.

3.  3 SMA crosses center line on Bollinger Band (20 SMA).

When 1,2,3 happens alert is given in the form of arrow, pop up, and email alert.  Alert on close of candle.  Long signal (green arrow) if price, MACD, 3 SMA crosses above and short signal (red arrow) if price, MACD, 3 SMA crosses below.  All of 1,2,3 needs to happen during the same candle in order for alert to be given.  No indicators are attached since all can be found on Metatrader 4.
