Need pushover app added to my indicator so it can send pushover message when there's a signal also to send them an email. Also need arrows fixed to signal at end of candle

I need someone to add the option on my indicator that will notify users by email and by SMS/Pushover when there's an alert on my indicator. It has to be in the option in the input section for them to add their email and their pushover and whenever a signal pops up, the will receive it in an email basically the direction of the signal, the duration and the asset.

Lastly I need the arrows to be fixed, currently they signal anytime during the current candle or in the beginning of the next candle, i'd like this to be fixed so they only signal at end of the candle and also would like if they can be fixed to not repaint ( I have seem on few rare occasions that they repaint - signal will appear at start of candle and if i leave it for awhile and i restart mt4 its gone but only happens rarely).
