Need script that will place new pending orders

I need a script that will take an existing order and place one or two new pending orders based on the stop losses and take profits of that trade. I want to be able to place a trade and know that if it goes to stop loss that a new trade will be generated to replace it, and then another, using the stop loss and take profit from the second trade.
