Modify line/trendline alert

I would like that this indicator that currently alerts when a line  / trendline is hit makes also the following:

• Alert once per bar (currently it alerts everytime bid price is hit)
• in Input I can select to alert when a candle passes the line/trendline or to work as today 
•  In the "alert" the name of the passed/touched trendline is report together with current bid price
