Small script needed to add lines to chart (MQL5)

Hi, this is a script I need writing for Metatrader5, it will run only when I activate it and will:

- Ask the user for a date (UK format - dd/mm/yy), the default entry in the box should be the current date (or the latest date on the charts, whatever is easiest).

- Add lime green vertical line (solid, thick) at 01:00 server time on that date.

- For the bars 13:00, 14:00, 15:00 and 16:00 on that date have something to highlight them (not a vertical line or label, maybe the little arrow from the fractal example in the software?).

- For those 4 bars, add one line at the highest point of the 4, and one at the lowest point (cadet blue, solid, medium thickness).

- Calculate the pip size of the channel, put a line 25% of the height of the channel higher than the top line, and one 25% lower than the bottom line of the channel (purple, dashed).

The time of the four bars to select must be variables that can be edited easily in the code by me, the same goes for the colours of the lines.
