Specification
I am looking to purchase professional Expert Advisors for MT5, mainly for XAUUSD, with the goal of using them in prop firm environments such as FTMO.
I am looking for a robust, low-drawdown and consistent EA, not an aggressive system designed only to produce impressive backtest numbers.
My priority is:
CAPITAL PROTECTION + CONSISTENCY + REALISTIC PERFORMANCE
RISK REQUIREMENTS
The EA should preferably have:
- Maximum preferred daily drawdown: around 1%
- Maximum preferred overall drawdown: around 5%
- Controlled risk per trade
- Clearly defined risk management
- Stop Loss or an effective protection mechanism
- No uncontrolled exposure
- No excessive leverage
- No account-rolling or gambling approach
I am interested in EAs that could realistically be adapted to prop firm challenges and funded accounts.
STRATEGIES I WILL NOT CONSIDER

- Martingale systems
- Grid systems
- Recovery grids
- Unlimited averaging down
- Lot multiplication after losses
- High-risk gambling systems
- Latency arbitrage
- Broker/server exploitation
- Strategies depending on unrealistic execution

I am looking for a legitimate trading strategy that can survive real market conditions.
BACKTEST HISTORY
A minimum of 5 years of historical testing is required.
Longer history is preferred, for example:
2019–2024 or longer
I prefer backtests using:
- Real Tick / high-quality tick data
- Realistic spreads
- Realistic commissions
- Realistic slippage
- Realistic execution conditions
- No artificially optimized execution settings
Please provide detailed results including, if available:
- Net Profit
- Maximum Drawdown
- Maximum Daily Drawdown
- Profit Factor
- Expected Payoff
- Win Rate
- Total Number of Trades
- Average Win
- Average Loss
- Largest Win
- Largest Loss

PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS
I am not looking for extreme returns.
A realistic average return of approximately 3–8% per month with controlled drawdown would be interesting.
I prefer:
CONSISTENCY > EXTREME PROFIT
An EA showing 50–100% monthly returns with very high risk is not attractive to me.
WHAT I NEED TO SEE BEFORE BUYING
Please provide:
- Backtest screenshots
- Full backtest report, if available
- Backtest settings
- Trading history, if available
- Description of the trading strategy
- Risk-management details
- MT4 or MT5 compatibility
- Live or demo forward-testing results, if available
I am also interested in buying multiple EAs if they are based on genuinely different strategies and have convincing results.
DEMO / FORWARD TESTING
A demo or trial version is required before purchase.
I want to forward-test the EA on XAUUSD under real market conditions, preferably for 7–14 days or longer.
The demo version should use the same trading logic and risk-management system as the full version.
During testing I will evaluate:
- Maximum drawdown
- Daily drawdown
- Profit consistency
- Trade frequency
- Risk per trade
- Execution behavior
- Slippage sensitivity
- Stability
- Overall live-market performance
Backtest results alone are not enough.
I want to compare the historical results with actual forward-testing performance before making the purchase.
SOURCE CODE REQUIRED
The purchase must include the complete and editable MQL5 source code.
I am not interested in purchasing only a compiled .ex5 file.
The seller must provide:
- Complete .mq5 source code
- All required .mqh / include files
- Any other dependencies required to compile the EA
- Full editable source, not a limited/demo source version
Please confirm that the complete source code is included with the purchase.
I want to be able to compile and maintain the EA myself after purchase.
BUDGET
Starting budget: $30+ per EA
The final price can be higher depending on:
- Quality
- Historical performance
- Drawdown
- Forward-testing results
- Strategy quality
- Source code
- Overall proof of performance
Please do not send generic EAs without proper backtest evidence.
