修改黄金网格马丁EA，增加风控功能

Specification

现有EA特征：

· 多空双向网格 + 马丁格尔加仓
· 起始手数0.01，马丁倍率1.26，补单间距90点
· 单笔最大手数0.50
· 目前已有分批平仓机制（单边止盈×笔数 + 整体止盈）

需要新增的功能：

1. 时间止损：当同一方向订单连续持仓超过4小时、且最近2小时内未触发过分批平仓、且浮亏超过账户净值的15%时，主动减仓30%（不要全部平仓）
2. 浮亏主动减仓：当浮亏超过账户净值的20%时，主动平掉亏损最大的30%~50%仓位
3. 行情识别与动态参数：通过ADX指标判断单边/震荡行情，单边时自动拉大间距（×1.5）、降低封顶（×0.6），震荡时缩小间距（×0.8）、提高封顶（×1.2）
4. 移动止盈：当某方向订单浮盈达到设定条件后，启动追踪止盈，从最高浮盈回撤30%~40%时平仓

注意事项：

· 所有新增功能都做成可调参数，方便我在MT4界面修改
· 新增功能不能影响EA现有的分批平仓逻辑
· 交付后提供源码（.mq4文件）和回测报告
