Expert Advisor needed based on candle price action rejections

EA needed for price action strategy where price is trending in one direction (usually used on M15 but should work on any timeframe) and next candle surpasses previous candle but then rejects and pulls back closing proximal to last candle.

in a down trend, breaks the low and closes above low of previous candle leaving a wick behind by close of candle

this rejection constitutes: REJECTION 1X

the second condition is that this process has to happen a second time for REJECTION 2X (SEEN IN IMAGES ATTACHED)

The main strategy is REJECTION 2X, sometimes REJECTION 3X, and there are some exceptions where REJECTION 1X is executed aswell. the exceptions are: price has broken previous HOD, LOD, PREVIOUS DAY HOD, PREVIOUS DAY LOD, PREVIOUS SWING HIGH/LOW. the other exception si when the REJECTION 1X candle is a hammer/shooting star defined as total candle size > xxx pips and candle wick > body.

*STOP LOSS: XX PIPS BEYOND LOW/HIGH OF CANDLE 

*FINAL TAKE PROFIT: XX PIPS

* PARTIAL TAKE PROFIT (ENABLE/DISABLE): (50%) AT (200 PIPS)

*SL TO BREAKEVEN: AT 200 PIPS IN PROFIT

*TRAINING STOP: AFTER SL TO B/E, TRAILING STOP MOVES UP WITH PRICE WITH XXX PIPS LAG, (DEFAULT 200 PIPS)
