Specification

At start of Session (time manually set up) example 0000 UTC, 3 Lines will be created

A middle will be created which exactly at time opening of the session

Upper line will be created, 1000 points away from middle line

Below line will be created, 1000 points away from middle line

Upper Line / Below Line will stay activate from certain point only, example 0000 UTC – 0655 UTC

Upper Line / Below Line will generate an alarm every time the price will pass / cross in the line created,

In every passing / crossing, the alert should be once per bar (triggers once per bar when condition met)
