Expert Advisor based on a system of indicators

The figure shows a chart with several indicators. For this, I would like an Expert Advisor with the following rules/variables:

• Buy when a green arrow appears followed by a blue dot. Sell when a red arrow appears followed by a yellow dot.
• Only execute trades within certain zones.
• GLIPE_OBOS must match.
• The candle must be green or red.
• Stoch can be set as additional confirmation.
• Lot size can be set.
• Timeframe can be set.
• Magic Take Profit can be set.
• Magic Stop Loss can be set.
• Move to Breakeven can be set (Lock in Pips at and Lock in Pips).
• Trailing Stop with Trailing Step can be set.
• Trade Start Time can be set.
• Trade End Time can be set.
