Preciso enviar esses dados para um webhook no meu servidor

Criei um codigo para a estrategia força da moeda.  e preciso enviar esses dados para um webhook no meu servidor para ficar escutando os dados de EA.

Estou tomando um erro ao enviar o dado para o webhoook 
O Código do erro = 4014 no MT5 significa ERR_WEBREQUEST_FAILED . Este é um erro mais genérico do que o anterior (4060 - URL Inválida). Ele indica que o MT5 até tentou se conectar à URL permitida, mas a conexão falhou por algum motivo.


e para o mt4  4060 - URL Inválida)


porém fiz testes e meu webhook está retornando 200
