Telegram to mt5 signal

I need someone to make telegram signal copier for me. i wanna copy a signal from my telegram bot to my mt5. im getting a lot of signals to my bot and would like to filter it out with specific word in telegram message. once the signal is received, the ea will wait xxx seconds to open trade, so the opening of order will be delayed. ea will open pending limit order depending on the current price and the signal price received. if the current price is higher than the signal price , ea will open buy limit order on the price of signal received. if the current price is lower than the signal price, ea will open sell limit price. the signal message has BUY/SELL message, these will be ignored on opening limit orders. the direction on the order will be based on current price against the signal price. i would like to also add some functions to the ea like breakeven, sl, tp, expiration of the pending order(does not apply to active orders), maximum lot/contract size, and time filter, time to close all trades and done for the day. with maximum lot/contract filter, the ea should not open a new limit order with the same direction of the open order if the  maximum size limit is reach, only limit order with the opposite direction will  opened.
