MQL5 Experts Trading robot/indicator debugging

Specification

I need someone to create a pending order bot for me. A bot that I will set if it reaches a certain price  on the chart it will create a pending order a stop order to be precise buy or sell depending on what I set. Also I will be able to place 2 different price tags for the bot. So when price touches one of those price tags it will instantly create a pending order with stop loss for me. When price touches the second one thesame thing will happen and I want it to be kind of a loop whenever price touches any of the prices the pending order will be placed whether it has previously hit stop loss before or not. Risk will be fixed, initially set by me so that anytime the trade occurs it will only use that exact risk
