EA that closes entry after trendline

I need an EA that closes my entry after the candle close above trendline when short position or under trendline when long position. The trendline and the entry are done manaully by me.
Close candle I mean when the tf close, example: TF 15 min, the EA must wait the 15 min candle close and if is above or under the tren line it has to close automatically.
