I need a tradingview indicator comparing NQ and E-Mini

Hello guys,  I'm looking for an experienced coder in pinescript to create a tradingview indicator that compares swing high highs and swing lows with the Nasdaq and the E-mini with the option to choose other assets. I would like to have alerts set up based on the pattern in looking for.  I would also want to a screener to spot the pattern when it occurs in other timeframes without me constantly switching timeframes to look for it. The coder must be good at determining swing highs and swing lows. Also the coder must not sell or market the indicator.  All rights will belong to me. I need someone serious that will take the job seriously. I have given many 5 star ratings to coders that don't take the assignment seriously and I'm doing that again.  Please reach if you can get the job done efficiently and in a timely manner.

Also if, you can't properly code accurate swing highs and swing lows, please don't apply. All my This hole strategy is based on swing points so you must know how to code them accurately. Thanks.
