Create a EA that Opens 2 Pending Stop Orders

I would like an EA with these features :

1- Open 2 pending Stop Orders at the same time (Input parameter) can be only buy stop, sell stop or both

2- Must open orders at 3:30AM EST at the close of the candle (time input parameter) ( Hour/ Minute can be change and the orders must open at candle close no matter the time)

3-Must be  Monday-Friday (days can be chosen) (input parameter)

4-Orders must be open at certain distance of current price. (input parameter)

5- The Orders must have SL and TP (input parameter)

6-Once one of the orders gets triggered the other should delete automatically (OCO)

7-Autolot based on risk and fixed lot (Input Parameter)

No indicators just a mechanical EA
