Want a Hedging EA with some specific requirements

EA requirement - the EA should be highly efficient as the previous developer was not able to make the code efficient which is resulting is failure of opening new trades.

The code should be lighter and super fast in execution on real account which should not get stuck anywhere on real account.

EA trade opening - based on current timeframe. EA should be able work on 1 min time frame and on all types of market conditions like volatile , low volume, highly volatile situations also.

initial trade - user should be able to select if we want to start the opening trade with buy or sell

tp for 1st trade - TP for 1st trade is different and can be modified as per user input

lot adder - user should be able to modify lot adder multiple

pip difference - user should be able to modify pip difference 

If the 2nd pending trade gets executed then EA should cancel the 1st positions TP and switch to net profit mechanism to close all the existing trade at once.

closing of all the trades- EA will close all the trades when net profit of $1 or any amount specified by the user. but it should be based on amount not in pips.

closing of all open trades should be at the same time to avoid any loss of profit.

trade sequence requirement -

if 1st trade opens in XAUUSD at 2710 sell of 0.01

then 2nd trade should be of Buy 0.02 at 2711

3rd trade should be of sell 0.03 at 2710 and so on

as the trade execution is at market price so the pip difference is different which is understandable.
