BUY FUNCTION:
when EA get reattached to chart and there is open trades, EA will not place new trades, but follow be instructions below;

if price is 50 pips above all currently open orders: multiply the currently open lots by 2x= lot for the buy order
and make sure there is a buy order is 2x times higher then all currently open lots if price is more than 50 pips above all orders
