Specification

I am searching for an experienced, fast developer . I want someone to develop an EA based on the indicator which is on mql5.com.

The EA must open buy a trade when for example buy arrow appears when sell arrow appears it must change a trade to a sell trade then change to buy on the next arrow. 

When ranging notification appears, it must stop trading and wait for the next arrow. 

When I set time filter to finish trading at 10 pm for example, it must open the last trade before 10 pm or at 10 pm and completely finish trading when the trade direction will change or ranging signal will appear and wait until the time  set in the time It's just a beginning, if this first step works well, I will add more jobs . 


Only polite coders please who can speak English fluently. 


The EA sends buy,sell, ranging notifications.

I dont allow anyone to sell this EA later, the licence must be mine (not yours)
