Create an EA using Moving Averages Indicator With Time-Based Functions

Hello, I am looking for a skilled developer to create an Expert Advisor (EA) using Parabolic SAR                                                                                 Brief Task Description:

1. This EA will use the Parabolic SAR indicator for signals, and its open and close orders will be based on the signal, as well as the

"candlestick behavior of price relative to the Parabolic SAR

1. This EA will have a time-based function, subject to the timeframe it is run on.
2. The EA will have only one open order at a time. However, it will also be capable of opening and closing a position simultaneously. It will also have the a parameter that controls the number of orders.
3. The EA will work with all Forex pairs, Indices and Synthetic assets.
4. The EA will have Money Management functions (break-even, trailing stop, lot size management)
