Convert pine-script strategy to MQL5 as an EA

I've written a daytrading strategy in pine script version 5 and would like to have it converted into a MQL5 EA allowing me to run it as auto-trading in a MT5 installation.

56 lines of pine script code.

Contains some moving averages, a squeeze calculation (BB, Keltner), a VWAP and some simple order execution rules with SL and trailing stop.
