I need an EA that can manage all open positions

I need an EA that can manage all open positions, with the following options:

1 - Close all open positions before x minute of news, can reopen closed orders after x minute news or not (customizable). Manage open positions by comment, magic number, or all orders.
- News source is from Forex Factory's economic calendar.
- Selection can be based on any number of currencies.
- Selection can also be based on keyword identification.
- Selection based on news impact.
- Automatic mode where only news related to current comment, magic number, or all orders is selected.
- News source is refreshed automatically according to user input x minutes to refresh.
- Input x minutes before and after news to filter.
- Closing of open positions before news with the option to restore them afterward.
- Deletion of pending orders before news with the option to restore them afterward.
- Remove stop-loss and take-profit levels before news x minutes with the option to restore them afterward.
- Move stop-loss and take-profit levels before news x minutes with the option to restore them afterwards.
- Easy selection of orders to manage based on chart symbols, magic numbers and comments.
- Stops other expert advisors from opening new positions during news by temporarily disable algo trading mt5 (disable auto trading mt4). (detect by comment, magic number, or all EA is in active)
- Automatic broker GMT detection.

2 - Close open positions according on x hours on weekdays or option for x hours on each day of the week (turn on and off the auto trading function in the same way but this is option). Manage open positions and EAs by comment, magic number, or all orders.

3 - Select set multi level BE and trailing profits
- Option 1 for trailing: standard distance (from open positions prices to TP prices), or using indicators Parabolic SAR, ATR, Alligator.
- Option 2 for trailing: time frame for trailing: current chart or select time frame.
- Option 3 for trailing: can manage by comment, magic number, or all commands.
- Option 4 for multi level BE: Can set 4 levels for BE action and can be managed by comment, magic number, or all commands.
+ Breakeven active distance type: after reaching x pips - the number of profit points after which a position will be moved to breakeven.
+ Breakeven active distance type: after reaching x % from the distance of open positions prices to TP will be moved to breakeven.
+ Breakeven active distance type: after reaching x r/r from the distance of open positions prices to TP will be moved to breakeven.

- The x profit amount in currency - close all open positions / pending orders once the total profit reaches the specified amount in the deposit currency, along with turning off the auto trading function after closing all those orders.
- Maximum equity in money close all open positions / pending orders once the total profit reaches the specified amount in the deposit currency, along with turning off the auto trading function after closing all those orders.
- Minimum equity in money close all open positions / pending orders once the total profit reaches the specified amount in the deposit currency, along with turning off the auto trading function after closing all those orders.
