Remote copier/copy system via server [MQL4]

I need remote copier/copy system.

System how it works is like FOREX COPIER REMOTE 2

At this time only mt4 to mt4 is needed. If mt4 to mt5 or mt5 to mt5 are possible, it would be nice.

These are Requirements.

・Copy speed will me under 0.5sec[faster is better]

・Certification system[server or meta trader side]

・Clients will be over 100.

・Copy multiplier[Receiver side]

・Forex Pair filter or suffix filter.
