Specification

I require a an indicator to be coded in mql5 language for the metatrader 5 application.

The indicator should creates a visual and sound alert. The alert must be created when a stddev(standard deviation) value is greater than or equal to a value specified by the user  on the price chart for that particular forex, commidity or index that the indicator is added to.

The alert should only be created when the value is increasing not decreasing.

The alert should reset after notification and not repeat on that price chart for a period of 1 hour.

The value is a variable so the user should have access to set the value and the value should only be calculated per chart.

The standard deviation parameters are   period: 9

Method: Simple

Apply to: Close price

The indicator can be coded in what ever language works. I have tried mql5 as below but the results have been not been as expected.

Also I've seen discrepancies in the values calculated. The value should correspond with the standard deviation value detailed in the price chart (example attached)

The indicator should allow all periods and should work based on the chart period that it is attached to.
