When the three EMAs cross like this:

9 goes above 13 and 21 upwards

13 surpasses 21 upwards

And the RSI is overbought, an upward operation opens.

On the contrary, if they cross in the same way but downwards and the RSI is oversold, it opens in a bearish operation.

Operation time

If when the crossing occurs the current candle has more than 30 seconds left to close, then the trade will close with the current candle, if the current candle has less than 30 seconds left to close then the trade will have to close at the end of the next candle
