I need an MT4 EA that is on chart menu/control panel based that can change an open order's Magic Number

Good day Team.

The project is simple. I need an MT4 EA that is on chart menu/control panel based that can change an open order's Magic Number.

The purpose of this has several applications, but I am interested in doing this so I can have a different EA manage a trade it did not open.

Here are the tasks:

1. This EA must be able to run on any chart but change any other pair's MAGIC NUMBER.
2. The way we change the MAGIC NUMBER is by inputing information onto a control panel/menu that displays on the chart that the EA is running on. Here are the fields:
1. Open Order number: (This is where the user inputs the existing number).
2. A search for order type button. The search button looks for the Open Order Number input by the user and returns the Pair, lot size, Open Time, and MAGIC NUMBER | or errors out.
3. If search is successful, a new user field becomes available along with a submit change button. This field is the "NEW MAGIC NUMBER" text field.
1. Validation. We need to make sure that this is is a valid magic number, no extra spaces, only numbers. 
4. If the user selects to submit the change, the magic number is for the order and some type of confirmation is checked
1. In other words, the EA will look to see if said order number now has the the appropriate MAGIC NUMBER.
5. The EA should then display a reset button so that we can input the next order to change.
