Need do developer for Expert Advisor based on Indicator

I have an indicator based on price action it indicates market on different timeframes, I want to make and EA which in which i can easily configure TP SL from Expert's properties, and it can be easily applied on any timeframe. like indicators indicates differently on different timeframes 1m 5m 15m 1hr 4h and daily. If I put EA on 1m so it has to take position according to 1m TF's indicator and if I put it to 15m so it has to take position according to 15m indications, this is for the entry point now for the TP and SL if position goes against the Trend or its in loss and indicator change its direction from buy to sell and position is in loss so new position of new trend has to be enter with x2 lot and if that goes against next trend also has to be x2 ( 0.1, 0.2 , 0.4 , 0.8, 0.16) like this, and for target point indicator has its own R1, R2 and R3/ S1, S2, and S3 so first buy target will be R1 and Sell target will be S1 by default but in EA's properties as I have mentioned in the start there has to be an option to change my tp sl from default to any number like 1,2,3,4..... points 

The most important thing is this EA should be secret, the developer has not to sell this EA in the market or publically or it has to be developed like no one can crack or buy it.
