Need an EA that can create pending limit orders based solely on Price Action.

1.) EA creates buy/sell pending limit order based on specific conditions of the 15 minute candle close.

2.) Generated pending order will have predefined SL and TP determined by 15 minute candle.

3.) EA should be able to calculate Lot size for trade base on a % of account balance or equity, or user should be able to enter a predefined risk amount in dollars; e.g. risk $100 every trade.

3.) Under certain conditions, EA must be able to filter out trades and ignore creating orders even if setup forms in the market. (i.e. High Impact News, High spreads, or when too many setups form in succession.)

4.) EA should have an option to choose a time limit in which the pending orders must be filled, otherwise EA will close the pending orders. (e.g. If pending limit order is not filled in 2 hours, EA deletes order.)

5.) EA should be able to notify user of created orders by push notification/email alerts.

6.) EA can only be ran with appropriate licensing. (meaning if someone has the EA file, they will not be able to use it without gaining licensing rights from the original owner.)
