Индикатор рассчитывает положение скользящих средних и значение осцилятора на каждом баре (полученный сигнал отражается на графике баром и меткой).        - нужно добавить следующее: по полосам Болинджера (Bollinger bands, BB) 1) сигнал подается по стратегии BB активирована верхняя полоса, при условии, что сигнал верхней полосы выше сигнала нижней полосы по значению графика и между двумя метками ВВ есть сигнал(метка) индикатора от анализа скользящих средних и осцилятора.
