EA that will trade with my indicators (Simple job)

I need an EA that will follow my indicators :

EA must not wait for new bar before entering trades.

Each indicator setting must be included in EA. 

Special Parameters for each indicator : 

Timeframe : This is the timeframe where EA will take signals from.

Use for entry : on/off included in opening logic

Use for exit : on/off included in closing logic

etc. 

This is just a gist of the EA. It is very simple and straightforward.

Need a skilled programmer who can be meticulous about the details to make sure the EA follows the signals correctly.

Programmer must test to make sure EA follows, signals accurately for each parameter before submitting the work. If you can't test it first, don't apply.
