BOT With 2 indicators

I need someone to make me a bot with only two indicators. The strategy contains MA Cross 21 and 50 and Williams%R (14, close),a 4h timeframe is used.
When MA Cross 21 is below MA Cross 50, then we are looking for a sell opportunity, to enter a sell position Williams%R must be in the overbought area and touch -10 and when the 4h candle closes below Williams%R -20(so -21,-22,-23 etc), a sell position is opened and SL is 20 pips above the 4h candle that closed and TP is the same as SL. So R/R is 1/1.After the price touched TP closed 80% of the position and left 20% open from SL to BE. For buy opportunities MACross 21 must be above MA Cross 50. For correct entry into buy Williams%R must be in the oversold area and touch -90 and when the 4h candle closes Williams%R must be above -80(so -79,-78,-77 etc), SL is 20 Peps below 4h candles that closed and TP is as much as SL. So R/R is 1/1.After the price touched TP closed 80% of the position and left 20% open from SL to BE.
