I have an existing indicator that creates alert arrow when two moving averages cross and have a gap between the moving averages of a specified number of pips. According to my strategy I need to have two moving averages of the same period, one with a shift of =5 and the other at 0. The problem with the indicator is the moving average with a shift of =5 works well in the history but does not work live, it just goes straight down. (see attached screenshots. This is an old indicator and I do not have the code for it and would like to have it reproduced and the bug fixed.
