Create an Expert Advisor based on the RSI indicator

Hi,

I am looking for someone who can create an Expert Advisor (including the script) based on the RSI indicator for Metatrader 5. The Expert Advisor should be accessible for Indices and Forex, such as DAX, Nasdaq and EURUSD.

Strategy:

The EA goes long if the RSI on the 15m timeframe goes through 70 from an oversold position and goes short if the RSI on the 15m timeframe goes through 30 from an overbought position. It is important that the EA only looks at the last time the RSI was oversold or overbrought, does 1 trade at a time (and closes until an opposite trade) then pauses for 5 minutes (manually set) until a new trade. After the RSI crosses 30 or 70 (trigger) the EA places a limit order on a position a certain number of pip above or below the trigger.

The Expert Advisor should include the following functions:

- All functions must be adjustable through the Expert Advisor menu such as adjusting the RSI levels, Take profit, Stoploss, Trailing Stop, Break Even, Lot Size, Close Trades on opposite signal yes or no, etc.

- RSI period

- RSI oversold and overbought levels

- Stoploss

- Trailing stop

- Break even function

- Take profit 1, 2 and 3 (partial)

- Minutes take a break

- Lot size

- Set times that EA can trade

- Places market or limit order (enter manually

- Places limit order after activating trigger (RSI passing 30 / 70) on a specified position (number of pips from trigger from the position that RSI is passing 30 / 70).
