Green for 3 closed SMA readings
For example the indicator is RED and the bar/period closes with a 0.123456 value,
It will remain red during the next bar. Now if that bar closes at 0.123455 It will go ORANGE
Then then during the next bar it remains ORANGE. Now if this bar closes at 0.123450 It will go GREEN when that period closes.
For a total of 3 periods that have SMA value that remained flat.
MAX difference to be considered flat is 0.000005.
1st 0.123456
2nd. 0.123461
3rd. 0.123466
For it to print the next traffic light colour.

I understand that MA periods level readings on MT5 are quoted to the 6th decimal 0.000001 so when I say FLAT I would like that to include readings that are NO MORE than 0.000005 points away from each other -
(It would also be great if I could change this sensitivity for example so it would only take readings thtat are EXACTLY the same. Or I could change it so It took readings that are 0.000002 point levels away.
This is essentially flat on the chart.

So I can quickly monitor.

Also see the day to day series of images. - Example of Indicator just running day to day - , as MOVING AVERAGES are rarely flat or not moving but I need the indicator to be running :) and I expect it to be red as flat MA's are rare.
This is why ALERTS would be great!
Also if the Indicator could display the distance in PIPS between the SMA level and The BID price when price is above the SMA, and the difference between the SMA level and the ASK PRICE when price is BELOW the SMA
