Creation of an expert advisor

An expert programmer is needed who is capable of automating our staff and the way of operating.

The EA must have the following points:

1. The EA  must follow the operation that marks the template.

2. The EA must have an action chart to be able to trade manually if required, examples of these charts will be provided, for example:

3. A template must be created that is automatically loaded when loading the EA.

We are looking for a programmer to maintain a good business relationship. We are working on optimizations and we would like to have a good deal with it.
