I need a source code that allows me to load and display vertical lines of economic events on the chart.

I should be able to:
1) Filter the news by the influence (Low+, Medium+, High only).
2) Optionally manually set the time zone (the difference compared to GMT time). If disabled - time zone should be detected automatically.
3) Filter only those news that relate to the current symbol (or one of the two symbols of the currency pair).

When the mouse hovers over the line, a popup hint with a description of the event should be displayed.

Without using the DLL.
