I need an EA that based on Stochastics filtered by MA's

I need an EA that will trade as follows:

SELL TRADE

If the Fast EMA is Below the Slow EMA, and the K stochastics line is above the Top level, a SELL STOP order should be placed at 13 pips below from the recent highest price printed.

Then the Sell order should continue adjust itself higher and higher with each pip the price is printing higher before getting filled.

if the Fast EMA is closing above the Slow EMA before getting filled the sell order should cancel out.

Every time the K stochastics is crossing  from below the Top level to above it a new Sell trade should open, as long the MA's are crossed down.

BUY TRADE

If the Fast EMA is Above the Slow EMA, and the K stochastics line is below the Bottom level, a BUY STOP order should be placed at 13 pips above from the recent highest price printed.

Then the Buy order should continue adjust itself Lower and Lower with each pip the price is printing Lower before getting filled.

if the Fast EMA is closing Below the Slow EMA before getting filled the Buy order should cancel out.

Every time the K stochastics is crossing  from Above the Bottom level to below it a new Buy trade should open, as long the MA's are crossed down.

This EA will need to include the following components:

The lot size

The amount of pips from the high or the low where the EA should place the Limit Stop Orders

A time from when to when the EA should trade - I will need two sets of these times

The 2 MA's variables 

The Stochastics Variables 

A Profit Target in pips 

A Stop loss in pips

The maximum amount of trades allowed at the same time

I need someone that can do that today !!
