Specification

I need a MACD indicator that will allow me to modify the height of the histogram bars 

If the MACD line is very far from zero line, sometimes I can barely see the histogram bars. 

I want to be able to multiply their height by a certain factor (2 times, 3 times, etc)

The histogram bars should have user configurable colors

All the inputs from the attached MACD config panel should be available to this indicator

Also there must be present the multiplication factor for MACD histogram (it should default to 1)
