MT4 Double Direction Grid that adjust its levels as current price moves

hi, Im looking for a MT4 programmer to build a double direction grid EA that can take care of itslef. it should behave as following:

• The EA should open a symmetric grid of both buy and sell orders, with each level of the grid having 2 opposing orders or positions at the exact price. all positions have the same size.

• The EA should open new orders once old positions or orders are closed or canceled in order to maintain grid structural integrity.

• The EA should keep the grid as expanded as possible by opening and canceling orders until al levels specified in setings have 2 pending orders or positions. 

• The EA should keep the current price as centered inside the grid as possible by opening and canceling orders. the price should ideally have 50% of total leves above it and 50% of total levels bellow it

• The EA should never close a position that has already entered the market, as I intend to take profit manually and with others EA.

• The EA should never open more grid levels than the ones specified in the EA settings. Grid levels that have at least 1 position open in the market should be considered a full level of the grid and so, that level should never be closed  by the EA. 

• in the case no more new levels could be created, the EA will let the price break the grid and start pulling the grid from the closest level into the current price as new levels become available. Ideally, new levels will became available once old levels are closed when I take profit manually and with others EA.

The EA should have the following settings main menu:

• Lot size (default value:0.01)

• Total number of grid levels (default value:10)

• Distance between bars (default value:25)
