MA cross with dashboard statistics of winrate and trades count MT4

hey there ... i want to creat an indicator based on 2 moving averages crossover .. whenever an ma cross happens the indicator will print a non repainting arrow 

and print tp and sl on the chart as green circle for tp and a red x as sl , the tp and sl should be available to change in the indicator settings and they should be in points and not pips , the indicator should have the ability to calculate x amount of past signals and calculate how many losers and winners were they using the given tp and sl , the indicator should have an info panel to show how many past trades are calculated and how many winners and losers were upon those trades and final a winrate % ..

inputs :

slow ma period 

slow ma type (ema.sma.)

fast ma period 

fast ma type (ema.sma)

TP in points

SL in points

Alert on/off

how many bars in history to calcualte

remember indicator will give a signal when the fast ma cross the slow ma after the candel is closed and after that the indicator will print an up green arrow or down red arrow based on the crossover and the indicator will put tp and sl on that signal as the tp and sl are given in indicator settings .
