Hey guys.
As you see in the title I want a trading robot that disable Auto trading button ON/OFF and delete pending orders when I give it a specific time. 
For example we  have news at 17:00 and at 20:00:

I want to enter 17:00 till 17:15 and 20:00 till 20:15 in to the EA's time field and EA disable auto trading and delete pending orders at 17:00 and 20:00 and turn on auto trading at 17:15 and 20:15.
I want at least have 10 row time field to be able to enter 10 different time.
I don't care if you must use dll if that is not against mql5 freelancer rules.
