EA hedging

hi i need an ea that open at the break of the candle and in case does not go at profit will hedge the trade when it break the same candle in the opposite side. the lot has to be calculated included the commission of the trades. so if we open the second trade, to hedge the first trade which is at loss,  need to have a certain lot to reach the tp but also to cover the commission of the the 2 trade open, and so on in case we open more hedging trades.

we need a filter of max dimension of the candle and minimum dimension of the candle, example the candle can t be more then 15 pips and less than 5 pips.

we need multiple lot. and 2 TP.

First tp when we open just one trade. Reduced TP when we open the hedging position. Example first TP can be 10 pips or 2 usd if you think is more easy to program and if open the hedging position will be 1 usd profit plus he has to cover the commission so if the commission are 0.05 usd we must add 1 usd + 0.05.  If open 10 trade in hedging and the commissions are 1 usd in total the tp will be 1 usd plus 1 usd.

we need time filter. the ea can t open during the night cause spread are high. in case we have one trade open and night is coming please close the trade at any loss or profit.
